In-game performance issues like loading, crashing, missing features, and sync-ing can be resolved in the following ways:
1. Check your Internet connection
Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G, or LTE and has a strong signal.
Try restarting your router or modem, or switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data connection.
If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on.

3. Make sure you have the latest version of your game app installed from the App Store
Open your App Store by tapping the icon from your home screen.
Tap on your Profile in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to the Upcoming Updates / Available Updates section.
Tap Update next to an individual app, or tap Update All.
4. Restart your app by force-closing it
For devices that have a Home Button:
Press your Home button twice quickly.
All your open apps will be displayed. Swipe left or right to locate your app.
Swipe up the app's preview image.
Return to the Home screen and restart the Game app.
For devices that don’t have a Home Button:
From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
Force close unnecessary background apps using the same steps as above.
Make sure that you have the latest software version of your device's operating system.
To check if there is a system update available:
Open your device's Settings app.
Tap "General" > "Software Update"
5. If the issue persists, uninstall/reinstall the app (*)
Steps to uninstall / re-install:
Tap and hold the app until you get a popup menu.
Tap “Delete App” and confirm.
Re-download the app from the App Store.
Open the app.
Sign back into your game by using the same sign-in method and account as before.
If you are playing on multiple devices:
Make sure that the game app is always updated to the latest version on all devices.
Ensure that the Date & Time settings on all devices are correct. We recommend using the "Set Automatically" option in your device settings.
Make sure that the game is connected through the same account and sign-in method on all devices.
Please be aware that the use of multiple devices may not be fully supported by all games.
