Certification requires a blockchain transaction. The network congestion on Solana may affect the process. If it does, simply close all windows displaying the certification process and start over.

NOTE: Please avoid using the Brave browser to become a Certified Beekeeper as it isn't optimized for the process.  Use Safari (if on iPhone) or Chrome (if on Android).

If you have difficulty getting certified, open a support ticket by tapping the ? in the upper right corner of the game for assistance and the option to KYC instead.
